This company was truly a great find! Unique, quality product and timely delivery. I loved that the design could be personalized right down to the hair and back pack color! My daughter and I are doing the Ice Age Trail ( WI) and this is the perfect gift for her birthday! The only thing I noted was the inscription ( where the name goes) was not very visible against the background. Personally, that was not the important part of the coffee mug for me, so no worries. But for someone else it might be. Perhaps I missed an option for letter color or font size when ordering? Anyway, I still love the product and look forward to making another purchase in the future!

My complaint about this particular mug and the settings I selected is that the name doesn't really show. It either needed to be larger, out of the picture, or in a different color than black. Other than that, I like the mug. But this alone just made me sad.
