Poor printing quality

Names were reversed. My name is under dog and Dog’s name under woman.

So Close (UPDATE!)

UPDATE: I received a surprise replacement in the mail today, with the background clearly visible! Changing my review to 5 stars because you can’t beat that customer service!

I love it so much… I’m just disappointed that the only visible part of the American flag background are the thin blue and thin white lines. The rest of the grayscale flag is just black. I know my husband will still love it, but it would have been 5 stars for sure if the flag design was visible like in the preview. 🤷‍♀️

Nice but smaller than expected

I guess I didn't really read dimensions but this was flat and a little larger than a regular credit card. I expected more of a 3-D or "normal" type of ornament. BUT...the picture is nice.

Cute design and prompt shipping but printing is too dark to read, and the eyes are also very dark and look a little weird.
