It commemorates the recent passing of my beloved pet Max, when I first received the case it was not quite right, but after discussing this matter with customer service, they were happy to replace it with a new case, they responded promptly to my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the product I had purchased. I LOVE my phone case.
When I 1st looked, I did not like the Red Merle Aussie. The color was not good like the Blue Merle.
When I said something, customer service said, " send them a photo" I did and am so pleased.!
I would recommend highly.
