The stained glass all turned out great. I thought it was worth the $$.

I thought the price on the poster was a little to high in price for what it was. It should’ve only been $20.00 not $30plus another $5 for shipping.

The form isn’t clear as what information goes where. So I’m stuck with a hat that isn’t what I wanted. Because I put information in the wrong place. I didn’t want my name on the hat in big letters. I wanted it to look like the hat in the advertisement. With 57CHEVY above the embroidered picture.

I can’t wait to give this to my horse-riding buddy! It looks so cute and I loved that I could personalize not only our horses, but us! Right down to our riding helmets! It came with a choice of tie, depending on the desired look for her tree. I wish the shipping hadn’t taken so long, but being the holiday season, I guess that’s to be expected. I think the quality of this ornament is great but the individual “people” are made too small. The writing of the names is basically illegible. My name for example is 8 letters and you cannot read it. I’m happy with the quality but won’t be ordering another family ornament from here in the future.

I purchased three ornaments for gifts. Two which were for lack of better terms-“pre-made”-all I had to do was add names and small personalizations. It was easy and there were many options for personalization. I also ordered an ornament that required a photo to be uploaded. It turned out wonderful! My shipping was slightly delayed and therefore arrived after Christmas; but I completely understand around the holidays this may occur. No fault for the delay on this company-they had it shipped shortly after my order was placed.
Would certainly recommend this company and its products to others!
